Child Care Specialist

My name is Kathy L. Carter. I have had my CDA since 1984 and am a mentor for the TECTA program. I was lead teacher of 4-year-olds for the UETHDA Head Start program for 9 years. I.then became lead teacher for the 4-year-old program at First Broad Street United Methodist Child Center for 5 1/2 years. I came to the ETSU Child Study Center in August of 1999. My husband Paul and I have two children and two grandchildren with another on the way. I am excited about, and becoming more and more familiar with the Reggio Approach here at the Child Study Center.
