Child Care Aid

My name is Pam Herron and I have been growing in my knowledge of early childhood education since 1972. It has been my privilege to be an advocate for children birth through eleven years in a center-based program both as teacher and director. While working as director one of my career goals was to obtain a Child Development Associate in Infant-toddler care. I accomplished that goal by receiving this credential from Walters State Community College in 1997. My job at Child Study Center is one that allows me to continue as an advocate for young children. I have the opportunity to implement appropriate practices with young children and accomplish many office-related and odd jobs for the center's secretary and staff.
