Dear Prospective Little Buccaneers Student Child Care Center Participant;
            Thank you for your interest in the Little Buccaneers Student Child Care Center.  At this time, the program is available on a first-come, first serve basis to all children of ETSU students between the ages of 3 months and 8 years of age.  The center is only open during ETSU’s academic year and is closed when classes are not in session.  The Center’s operating hours are dependent on the students’ child care needs and will vary each semester.  We are typically open 7:45am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Summer hours are 7:45-4:30.
              Before you complete the application please read the following information:
           
***You must register for your classes and bring a computer printout of your detailed schedule when applying for child care.

***You must register for your child care needs each semester that you need child care.  Attending the previous semester does not guarantee your child a spot for future semesters.

***There are registration fee and supply fees, which are $20.00 for infants and $30.00 for toddlers, 2’s, and preschool that is required each semester.

***Effective January 2008 the Pay Scale is as follows: The rates are for 6 hour blocks of time.  This is the least amount you can sign up for and you must sign up for two days per week. Six hour blocks begin at 7:45, 8:45, and 9:45. You may have longer than 6 hours if needed. You will be responsible to pay for whatever hours you contract for.

*** When you receive confirmation that your child has been accepted you must pick-up the Parent Packet.  This packet must be completely filled out and returned to the center at least one week before classes start or you will forfeit your child’s spot at the center.
