The local TECTA site provides TECTA Program participants a CDA Advisor and assistance to complete documentation required to complete the CDA assessment application.
As funds are available TECTA Management provides scholarship assistance for the $325.00 CDA Application for Assessment fee.

Eligible ECE degree-seeking students may apply for financial assistance for tuition as funds are available.

TECTA Orientation is the “gateway” to TECTA Program Child Development Associate (CDA) preparation and support system and/or eligibility for financial assistance for completion of ECE degrees. Upon completion of the *CDA preparation courses participants will have 11 credit hours toward an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited TBR institution.
