The TECTA 2nd Annual Pinning Ceremony was held on May 24, 2007, at Walters State Community College. Those honored were students completing CDA preparation coursework and CDA candidates receiving the CDA Credential during the 2006-2007 school year. The ceremony included students being awarded TECTA pins for completing coursework and CDA pins for receiving the CDA Credential. Guest speakers for the evening were Mrs. Karen Stooksbury, Early Childhood Instructor at Walters State, and Dawn McGehee and Karyn Mills, TECTA-supported students. Congratulations to our students for their accomplishments! We are proud of them and their dedication to early childhood!
